REVL or its authorized service providers may provide online payment and account-management services. Payment processing may be performed by third-party providers, and customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and using only payment methods they are authorized to use.

REVL may communicate with customers regarding their accounts, agreements, payments, transactions, service requests, and other account-related matters by mail, email, telephone, or text message where appropriate consent has been provided.

Consent to recurring SMS/text messages is addressed separately below.

SMS Program

REVL may send recurring SMS/text messages to existing customers who have affirmatively consented to receive text messages from REVL.

Messages are used for customer-care and account-related purposes and may include payment reminders, payment confirmations, declined payment notices, past-due notices, account status updates, receipts, responses to customer requests, and other account-related updates.

Messages sent through this program are not promotional or marketing messages.

SMS Consent

Consent to receive SMS/text messages is voluntary.

Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or renting property, entering into or maintaining an agreement, maintaining an account, or otherwise receiving products or services.

Providing REVL with a mobile telephone number, becoming a customer, creating an account, or agreeing to these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive recurring SMS messages.

Customers must separately and affirmatively consent before recurring SMS messaging is enabled.

Consent may be provided through an approved opt-in method presented by REVL. The specific consent method provided to the customer will include the applicable SMS disclosures before consent is given.

REVL may maintain records showing when and how SMS consent was provided.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies depending on account activity and customer interactions.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier and mobile service plan.

Opt-In Confirmation

After opting in, you may receive a confirmation message confirming your enrollment in REVL's SMS messaging program.

Opting Out

You may opt out of REVL SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After receiving an opt-out request, REVL may send a final confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed.

You will not receive additional recurring SMS messages unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier and network availability.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent records will not be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

The REVL name, logos, website design, software, text, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and other REVL content are owned by REVL or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit REVL intellectual property without prior written authorization.

REVL's website and services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, payment processors, or service providers. REVL does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices, or operation. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

REVL works to maintain reliable online services but does not guarantee that its website or services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. REVL may modify, maintain, suspend, restrict, or discontinue portions of its online services when reasonably necessary.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE REVL'S WEBSITE OR ONLINE SERVICES.

REVL'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ONLINE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID SPECIFICALLY FOR THE ONLINE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

REVL's website and online services are not directed to children under 13.

Individuals entering into rental-purchase agreements, purchases, leases, or other legally binding transactions must meet the age and legal-capacity requirements applicable to the transaction.

REVL's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute concerning a customer agreement remains subject to the governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of that agreement.
